Our Distribution Model
For a variety of reasons, we do not serve clients or distribute product directly from our site. We work with around 50 social service agencies that order their product from us, pick it up each month, and then they distribute to those in need. This approach limits unnecessary duplication of services, reduces administrative expenses, and allows us to work collaboratively with other nonprofits in the community. Also, many agencies use our products as incentives for clients to meet their progress milestones.
If a client needs diapers or period products, they often have many other needs as well. Local social service agencies that deal with a full continuum of care are best qualified to meet this need. They are the experts in client care and we are the experts in getting our products out the door!
