Volunteer at Our Warehouse
We couldn’t do this without you – literally! We need hundreds of volunteer hours each month to help fulfill our orders with our partner agencies. When you come to our warehouse, you might be counting, sorting and wrapping diapers; packing period kits; or helping us with general cleaning or administrative tasks. Either way, you will leave our warehouse confident that you’re changing the bottom line for families in need.

Volunteering FAQ
What should I expect when volunteering?
When you come to the warehouse you can expect to do any of the following: -Count new diaper inventory -Sort, organize, and wrap diapers -Assemble period supply kits -Assemble potty training toolkits -Help with administrative tasks like database entry. Most of these jobs can be done sitting or standing. You should ideally be able to lift up to 20 pounds if you’re doing a standing job. Please let us know in advance if you have accessibility needs – we have something for everyone!
Where should I park?
We have plenty of free parking available in our lot. Our space is secured and you will need a gate code to gain entry to the lot. This will be given to you before your scheduled volunteer time. If you have any issues getting through the gate please call 513-402-1450
How many volunteers can I bring at one time?
We can safely fit 20 volunteers at a time in our wrapping room. When registering, your group will automatically be capped at 20 and will say “group is full” when you’ve reached the max volunteers.
Why do I need to register in advance?
Our staff works hard to prepare a volunteer experience for your group in advance. The tasks we prepare depend on the number of people in your group and the age of the group. That’s why we ask you to register in advance, so we can better prepare a great experience for you! Also, we can only fit 20 volunteers safely in our space at one time. Additionally, we track the number of volunteers and volunteer hours each month to use for grant funding.
Do I need to sign a safety waiver?
Yes! Beginning July 2023, we switched to a new digital waiver system. Every volunteer will need to sign a volunteer waiver using this system. Even if you’ve signed a paper waiver in the past, we ask that you please sign again using our new system. Those under 18 will need to have a parent/guardian sign for them. The good news is, you’ll only need to sign this waiver once (unless we make big changes, of course). You will receive a link to the safety waiver after booking your volunteer time.
What should I wear when volunteering?
Please wear closed-toed shoes and comfortable clothing that allows to you move. While our wrapping room is temperature controlled, it may still get hot or cold, depending on the weather.
What can I bring when volunteering?
If you want to enhance your volunteer experience, consider the following: -Bring diapers to donate and wrap. We always need sizes 4, 5, 6, and pull-ups. -Bring period products: Pads, tampons, liners, menstrual cups. -Bring your favorite K-cup or coffee pod to brew in the Keurig. -Bring your favorite snack. We’ll provide the water and sometimes a few snacks but bringing your own is always appreciated.
Can I bring my kids or school group?

Kids under the age of 16 must be accompanied with a youth to adult ratio of 3:1. If you would like to book your school group, please let us know in advance, and select the appropriate service when booking.
